Applying for a FSW while PR papers in process

Hello all,

I have applied for my PR and sent the necessary documents to Canada. I have started my job hunt and wanted to know in case I do get an offer from an employer would I be able to Apply for FSW while my PR is done. Please could someone give me clarity on this issue
