Hi All,

I have been a silent member of this forum for quite some time now and must say that it's been very helpful. Now that am getting closer to completion of 5yrs in UK, i would like your advise on the my situation.

Work Permit Entry Clearance : 13/08/2007
Date entered UK: 16/08/2007

Switched to Tier1 General : 13/08/2009
Tier 1 expiry: 13/08/2012

How soon could I apply for ILR (PEO appointment) under the 28 days rule?

Any replies to above is highly appreciated.

Just count back 28 days from 16/08
