Hi, I think I have landed up in a complex tier 1 situation. I applied for extension of my tier 1 visa one month before expiry, but used the march 2012 form. A new form was issued on 6 April 2012. I realised my mistake and posted the correct form with a request for tagging both forms together. My leave expired recently and I got back a incorrect fee paid on the first form, which means they did not tag my second form with the first one despite the request. I have now submitted another application stating the chronology, but am very confused and worried as to what to expect and what is my current status? Am I eligible to work? What should I expect from UKBA?
