Medical treatment etc query

Hi,
I am applying for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) from outside the UK. On the application form there are a few matters i woud like clarification on.

1. It says if you had ever receieved medical treatment in UK? Whethar you had to pay for it? Give GP details. . Now in my 5 years in UK as a student and then PSW i did visit my GP for a few things as anybody normal would and also recieved some regular treatment a couple of times. Again nothing serious. So does this question mean whethar its regular visits u did or received some sort of further treatment. In any case is it just better to provide my GP details. ?

2. Quite regrettably and after years of telling others to not do it i had to overstay my PSW visa for 3 days due to unforseen circumstances. Regret it very much but i had no choice. Now in the form it says whethar you ever had any breaches under your previous stay. Shall i just mention the overstay (i.e the dates ) and say tht it was due to unforseen cirmustances or do i have to provide all the extensive details and provide justification for it at the space in the end of the form.?

A little guidance in right direction would be highly appreciated.

you dont have to mention the medical service you recieved from nhs as you were on a residence permit when you used nhs services. this requirement to mention nhs services recieved is only for those who came to the uk on visit visa and used the nhs service .
secondly you have to mention every date that you overstayed in the uk as they will find out any ways and there is no point in hiding it so tell them the reason you overstayed and the dates clearly, best of luck!

No you cannot use that.
They need to know exactly why ?
Giving them a genuine reason is only going to help you else every one can say that.

Just for the sake of helping you, if you don't mind , do you want to share the reason ? We might be able to help you on that rather than getting a refusal from UKBA on previous immigration history.

P.S :- I have answered this using my common sense.

if GP gave u prescription for medicine, did u pay for it or got it free.

Answer to your first question of medical treatment. Just think if you had ever been to your GP or A&E department for any kind of health problem. Your visit to your GP or other health care centre in connection with your any health problem means treatment and if they had given you any prescription and you paid for it or not. Now you can answer on the application form confidently.

Answer to your second question of overstayed period. As you stated that it was an unforeseen circumstances which prevented you from leaving the UK ontime.You will need to provide proof of an unforeseen circumstances, for example, medical certificate.
