Post by terry222 » Sun May 20, 2012 1:47 pm

Hi,
i'm EEA family member, and my 5years resident card is going to be expire after one month. I have to travel out of europe for couple of days. I just would like to know that do i have to face any problem about expiration of my 5 years resident card during my arrival back to England by Airport immigration staff? I will come back before expiration of card.

looking forward for answers

regards

Do you mean to say that you will be back in the UK before the card expired? Then you will have no problem.

If not, it will depend a lot on what your nationality is.
