Tier 01 dependant visa for new born child

Post by joju_uk » Sun May 20, 2012 4:15 pm

Hi All,
My question is related to know the check list documents required to apply for my new born child Tier 01 Dependant visa from India. I have gone through many post but didn’t find a define answer. I am working as a IT contractor and owns a limited company under my name. I was requested by agency to provide a job letter and 3 months pay slip to process the application. My job letter (Contract letter) is not stating for a long term duration rather normally renewing for every one or twice a month. I have started the contract job from June 2012 and by grace of god its renewing periodically till now. So would it be enough to provide my latest contract renewal letter, ie showing till end of 31 May-2012 as a proof of earning? though I afraid will that not be prudent approach as the jobs validity will be end by this month and may endangering the application ends up in refusing my child visa?
2) My accountant normally sending me the pay slip every month in a normal paper with just my company name and the relevant gross/dividend information without any further authenticity. Will that be enough for the application or is it wise to get the signature from my accountant on the payslip.
Seeking for an answer and would be great to get a lead if my query is duplicated by other members in the form.
