Employer Letter for ILR - Shortage Occupation - Wording

Post by km_othpur » Sun May 20, 2012 4:35 pm

Hi,

My ILR is due in July. I am preparing for getting ILR.

Employer gave me a letter with all details including salary, SOC code, contact details etc.,. Also mentioned in the letter that post is under shortage occupation list. But doesn't mentioned that the wording "..still required for the job."

Will it be OK or still the letter should contain the wording about the requirement for the job?

Please help.....

Thanks.

Regards,
KM_Othpur
