Tier 1 Dependant C3 question

Post by mark_b » Sun May 20, 2012 6:52 pm

Hi,

I have a query regarding my dependant's application:

C3: Do you have any passport or travel document which contains a previous grant of leave or which you used when you last travelled to the UK?

This seems unclear to me as to what they mean. My partner entered with me in July 2009 as my dependant on a Tier 1. She is still on the same passport so is it no? Or do they mean a time before July 2009 as she came to the UK in 1998 on a working holiday visa on a now expired passport?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To my understanding C3 would be NO in your case. I think it only applies to people whose current Visa is in a previous passport. Its quite un-relevant question since they ask all current and previous passport's details in C1.

But as I said, just say NO in C3.
