form MN1

Hi,

I am filling form MN1 for my Daughter and would be grateful if someone please give advice on few points. These may be very basic silly questions but I am confused.

My daughter came here in UK in June 2006 and July 2007 on visit visa for 6 weeks. Then she got her ILR on May 2008 since then she is living here. My questions regarding the form MN1 are,

1. In section 2.1 where it asks about Date and place of first arrival in the UK. Which date should I put?june 2006 or May 2008?
