Can I apply for ILR or PRC?

Hi guys,
This is my case: In 2005 I obtained a entry clearance to study in a uk univ from the uk consulate in Italy, Moved to the uk and subsequently returned to italy on various occasions. However I couldnt further Uni at the time at the uni for family reasons after the first yearand returned to italy but was constantly in uk however. But prior to the expiration of the entry clearance in 2008, I was already back to uni and applied for extension permit of which a one year permit was granted expiring in 2009. Prior to the expiration of the residence permit in 2009, I decided to apply for a EEA family member residence card cos all my family memeber who are all eu citizens relocated to the uk but my application was initially refused and however granted on appeal and has a duration of 5 years lasting till 2015. My question is , Can I on any grounds apply for Indefinite leave to remain or Permanent residence card now or I must wait to automatically qualify for it in post 2015? Your advices and opinions are kindly welcome. Thnx

In general, you need to have lived in the UK in accordance with the terms of the 2006 regs for five years to qualify for PR.
