Passport delay

Hi,
recently my wife appeal was overturned , and she was told to submit her passport at mumbai high commision for stamping of her tier 2 general dependent visa.
She submitted her passport on 26 april for stamping , but now today it is 21 may and still she didnt recieved her passport.

Can anyone suggest what we can do under this circumstances?
