Tier -1 Dependent Visa from outside UK (India)

Hi Team,


I need to apply for Tier-1 dependent visa for my wife by July 15th. She will be able to travel to UK only after Aug 15th.


I have 2 questions:

Question 1:
Currently I am staying in a room share accomodation. I will be taking an apartment on rent only from Aug 1st.
In that case is the document from my current landlord is sufficient for applying for visa for my wife?

Question 2:
I work as an IT Contractor thru my limited company. I take only £675 as my salary and dividend when i require money (i.e when exchange rate is good) I had taken dividend of £5000 in May 2012. I maintain average of £2000 in my bank account at any time and I have been living in UK for more than 3 years.

Will Home Office refuse visa as my salary is low? Should i need to get an letter from my accountant?
