Enquiry about PR Card

Post by roddy1984 » Mon May 21, 2012 4:29 pm

My friend got approval letter from DOJ about his PR Card.He had 4eufam card for 5 years before. But last year he got divorced from his EU citizien wife.He informed DOJ last year & DOJ let him stay on same stamp because his marriage last more then 3 years & all this time his wife was working full time in ireland & this year he apply for PR card on his behalf & he got approval for 10 years after 6 months. In the letter they didnt say anything about Fees.Normally its 150 Euro when somebody have to renew GNIB card. His question is , because he is not anymore family member of EU citizen, so he has to pay that 150 Euro Registration Fees or not ???
Please somebody has personal experience or know the answer...

Ten years ?
The least residency they issued is between 3 month to 5 year, how comes ?

Is just like they say's on department of justice that, a letter from immigration department will never count, so what's the story ?

If you going to spend 20 years we will wait and develop a style to curtail it mate.
