FLM(M) dependent fee

hi,
must be me. I cannot work out what would be FLM(M) dependent only fee.

I will be going PEO on my own so I know its £1377 for me but hopefully after I get my ILR, I will be sending FLR(M) for my wife's spouse visa 'cuz she wouldn't have had completed 2 years with me.

what is the fee for it ?

If you google FLR(M) you can can see the fee structures written on the second page of the application form
