Maintenance Funds

I am a student on tier 4 and I want to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.

I have 200K funds available.

My question here is about maintenance requirement. My depend has required maintenance funds in his account from last 90 Days.

Can I (Main Applicant) use Maintenance funds available in depend account.?
