URGENT QUERY ILR APPLICATION QUESTION PLEASE HELP ?

Post by Jmurphy » Tue May 22, 2012 8:16 pm

Dear Friends.

Need your help.

I am applying for ILR this week at Sheffield and I am trying to organise documents but I have few queries which I would request if anyone could answer urgently.

I came to UK on a student visa from Kenya in July 2005 and got my HSMP Visa in June 2007 , got my visa extension in Tier 1 General category in June 2009 and now applying for ILR in June 2012.

Q 1 I have P60 for all the years from 08-09 to 11-12 but do not have P60 for 07-08, will these be a problem ? Are P60 compulsory for ILR application ?

Q 2 Do I need to submit any student visa documents ?

Q 3 Do anyone have any first hand experience of Sheffield PEO? What documents they usually ask ?

Q 4 Can anyone share any Leave absence template ? I have been out of the country for family visits and my total leave is less than 180 days.
Do I need to compulsorily mention the name of the countries where I went or just saying '' Holidays in the reason for absence column enough " ?

Any help would be valued

Thanks

J Murphy

From my own experience answers is

1 Yes P60 are compulsory for all the years.

2. Yes you need to have documents

3. No idea of experience at Sheffield, don't know how advisors like.

4. Country name not required only holidays enough.

Good luck with your application
