BRP query

Dear All,

I would like to know which company do they use to send BRP ? in case if I miss it..my apartment is bit strange because of security system delivering person may not be able to keep even 'missed parcel card' in the letter box.

Do they actually phone us or anything? Has anyone gone thru this before?

I have seen on the website saying if I don't receive anything in 10 working days I should write to them but just as curiosity I am asking this question.

BRP is delivered to be my by DX secure.You can call them and give your post code, to see if there is anything coming to your address.That's what I have done.
