Hello
I am desperately looking for advise, I applied in person on 7th March in Croydon office- Due IT issue was turned away ' further enquiries' that someone wud contact in 48 hours since then no news, My local MP wrote on 20th april no luck, My nan was ill but now due to more worse situation was taken to hospital today. I am so stressed with no passport/visa to travel
