Do you know if UKBA sends emails normally, during the application process?

Or everything is done via post?

It was doing so for a few applications in the past but not anymore. Why do you ask?

I've been having some problems with my Spam filter later, where legitimate email gets send to Spam. If UKBA does not send emails, then I don't have to be checking my Spam folder every day :)

sometime they do send emails, My friend received an email from UKBA when he applied for his Tier1 general application.
