Formal payslip clearification

Dear Members,

I am posting this question once again becuase i am getting different answers from the previous post search.

My payslips are formal UK payslips but it has no company logo printed on any side of the paper. It has company name and the salary details and similar to http://www.payslipsp60.co.uk

Can i use it without sign and stamp for my Tier 1 General extension.

Senior members, please advise.
