ILR OVER 18

Post by rahulsharma » Fri May 25, 2012 11:39 am

I Am applying for an ILR along with my son who is 20 year old and studying in the university . Since he is staying in university accommodation will there be a problem to fulfill dependency criteria . He has never worked in this country and he is fully dependent on me and my wife for fees , university accommodation and all related expenses . All his medical card, election card , bank statements have the same residential address as mine.

Can someone advice what will be the best course of action to avoid any problem .

Thanks in advance .
