anyone heard of FOREIGN NATIONAL PRISONER TASK FORCE

apparently they are handling my husband's deportation from the UK and are the reason for delays while he suffers in detention. No idea who they are and can't find anything on the interent. Presumably they are part of the Home Office. Have you actually heard of them? Or know anything about them?
