hello everybody,

im originally from sri lanka. i was came uk under student visa and my visa ran out nearly 8 months ago.now im overstaying in the UK.I need to sort it out my immigration status in uk.I would like to add more information about my self.I have being living together with my partner who got British nationality for nearly 1 year and she is 6 months and she is pregnant with my baby (7 months) as well. I cant go back to my country because I've got threats to myself and my family members back in home, before hand i came uk and still is the same back in my home country.I don't know what to do. we aren't got big kind of a money to go & get advice from private solicitor. please help me. should apply asylum or any other thing, please give me proper advice.I am expecting your kind consideration.
