How to find Tier 2 general sponsores

Hi,
Currently, I am in UK on Tier 2 General visa(through indian company), My visa is valid for three years. My work is going to complete within one month. Before that i want to find another sponsored job, So i can stay in UK. But dont know where to find sponsored job and How difficult is that? Can anybody provide the information?
