Extension from A or B rated college

My extension is due in July can i extend my Visa from any A or B rated college and if yes what will be the difference b/w these and highly trusted colleges.

Not much difference as of now as work rights are only given to HEI ie universities and in some cases reduced limited work rights for eg. 10 hours which is as good as no work rights as you wouldn't find many employers looking to employ just for 10 hours/week

No dependents allowed unless they are already with you in the UK.

Also for all A or B rated college would need to become HTS within a year or risk losing their sponsor licence.
