FLR M Visa Application Documents Required

Hello,

I am going to apply for FLR ( M) for my wife by post. I recently got ILR awaiting Biometric card.

Can someone tell me what are the documents that needs to be submitted for her application.

Do I need to submit my passport also with her application or photocopy of the passport is okay ?

How much is the processing time for FLR(M) application ?

Hi Casa, can I ask what you based this estimate on? On waiting times listed on this website, or from the UKBA? And was that 12 weeks from submitting the application, or from submitting biometric info?
