Online application and PEO appointment booking

Hello,

I have filled in the online application for Tier 2 General (new employer) + 1 dependent. I reached the stage where I can suggest dates for booking an appointment at the PEO. However, the system can't show me any appointments till the stipulated 42 days. Do I have to wait for a few days before booking the appointment? It looks from the system that I can't make the online payment till I book the appointment. Any guidance will be helpful. I need the earliest appointment possible.
