CHINA VISA REQUIREMENT 4 THIRD COUNTRY

HI guys,

just want to discuss my experience and hopfully get some answers.

I recently tried to apply for Chinese visa for spouse (French)and myself (Nigerian) and we followed the requirements on here below:

At the app centre I was told of additional requirements to obtain a chinese visa for Nigerian passport holder which are;
1- invitation letter from a chinese citizen (even though we've got an hostel reservation, return ticket and dont know any chinese citizen)
2- ID copy of this inviter
3- Legalisation document of the ID copy
4-round air tickets
5- last 3 months bank statements

It's obvious we can't meet this requirements but we still want to submit our application with the exception of #1-3.

Are there anyone in similar circumstances that has gone or going through the chinese visa application service centre CVASC? Please contribute to this topic and advice with any info.
