Rights of your new family after acquiring PR

hi guys ,
I have lived with my e u spouse for past seven years ,i am in possesstion of PR card since 2010.We are divorced in 2011 and i have informed GNIB and submitted my divorce to them ,i want to get married again with non eea national,would she have right to join me in ireland ?
Any suggestions given will be much appreciated.
