Can I work while I am on graduate enterpreneur visa

I am working with NHS. I am on psw visa and planning to switch to graduate enterpreneur visa. will there be any option that I continue my part time job with NHS.

you can't switch from PSW to graduate entrepreneur this route is for those with student/tier 4 leave etc

if you mean tier 1 (entrepreneur) (not graduate entrepreneur), the answer to your question is no. Once you have been granted leave as a tier 1 (entrepreneur) migrant, you can only work for the business or businesses that you have established, joined or taken over.
