Tier 2 Visa Extension (Driving offence)

I got pulled over by cop for driving without insurence in the city and been cautioned and the car have been seized (later recovered). I havent got my court summon yet. While applying for the extension there is a query in Section F "Have you been convicted of any criminal offence in the UK or any other country". Could anyone advice whether to say Yes for this question if so what should I fill in the "Sentence given" field?

Will this affect the visa renewal?
