FLR(M) english language requirement- Masters degree

I am on Tier-1 (general )visa, I will be applying for ILR soon. My wife is in UK as my dependent. She will be applying for visa extension through FLR(M) as she did not finish 2 years in UK. Can she show her Indian masters degree as proof of english language requirement for FLR(M)application? Please advise

gkr79, can you please tell me what documents are required for FLR(M), i have recently granted ILR and applying for FLR(M) for my wife. Thanks in advance.
