Tier 1 (General) Dependent

Post by vik_45 » Mon May 28, 2012 5:21 pm

My nationality is India and I am woring in UK with an Tier 1 (General) Visa that expires in Nov'12 (got visa in Nov'10). I am getting married back in India (mid-Jul'12). Can I apply visa for my partner as a dependent in Jul'12 post my marriage?

Will UKBA reject saying my permit validity is not more than 6 months?

If I can apply what's the quickest I can get the dependent processed, considering Olympics also happening around the same time?

Any pointers will be helpful.

There is no rule of 6 months on primary visa for applying dependent visa.
