Booking PEO appointment - Case ID

Hello

I will be booking a PEO appointment very soon for my ILR (SET(O)).

In the instructions, it says I need to fill in my personal info and a case ID from the invitation letter.

Im not aware that I need invitation to use the PEO service. Do I just leave the case ID blank when I book the appointment?

You will not be asked for any case id or invitation letter. I am not sure where you read that.

All you will need is your name, date of birth and your choice of PEO and date and time. Also same applies to any dependants applying with you.
