Hi, I'll soon be posting my much-delayed EEA2 application off, and am wondering about the 'proof of insurance' (CSI) bit. It seems quite black-and-white, telling me to send in proof of CSI or an EHIC card. I have neither, as I have been a European citizen living and working (full-time) in the UK for the past 5 years, paying NI and full taxes. I am on the NHS, as is my nursing student wife.
My question is, since I am a full-time working paying contributions, do I need to send anything at all? Does my wife, as a non-EU citizen studying here in the UK, need to have a separate CSI? Or can I just ignore that bit of the application and inapplicable to myself?
Thanks!
