Visti Visa for inlaws , bit confused- urgent query

hi all ,
I am about to apply visit visa for my inlaws from india. I have a doubt which some pls clarify .

should i do 2 online applications for each
or only one application for both.

If you can provide with the link which clarifies this question that would be great .

they are both applying for a visa so both need to complete an application form, and pay the required fee.
