I and my husband are based in the UK. My husband is on Indefinite Leave to remain visa status and he would like to invite and sponsor his sister and my sister to visit us for about 1.5 months in the UK. We would them to stay with us and my husband will take care of all their expenses including plane tickets, transport in th UK, food and even fees for visiting tourists spots in th UK mainly London as we are a resident of Greater London.
I need clarification on two points.
1. My sister and my husband's sister both are studying in India and do not have any bank balance in their account. As my husband is sponsoring them is it okay if they do not have a balance in their account?
2. As my husband is inviting & sponsoring,his sister can come on Family Visitor Visa but I am not sure about my sister, i.e my husband's sister-in-law...in which category she should apply.. Family visitor visa or General Visa?
