BRP Card Delivery Delay

Post by fiddaa » Tue May 29, 2012 11:54 am

Hi All,

I had applied for my ILR at the Croydon PEO and my application was successfully processed on the 11th of April. My wife was a dependant on the same application and her ILR was approved on the same day as well.

Following that I recieved my BRP card on the 17th of April, but I havent recieved my wifes BRP card till today. I have sent neumerous email to BRPLost and BRP delivery emails and they just come back saying that the delay is due to a technical issue and their technical team is working to resolve it. They cannot even provide me with an email or contact number for the technical team so that I can understand what exactly the issue is and how long would it take for them to resolve the issue??

I have even writted a letter to the Freepost address of the BRP Management unit and also to me Caseworker at the UKBA Croydon offices who had dealt with my case, but there seems to be no response at all from their end.

It is highly frustrating for me because my idea of going for the premium service was that the application would be processed quickly and now it is over 7 weeks and they still wont tell me how much longer it would take to send my wifes card across.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? if so could you please advise me on what could I do to speed up or resolve this issue??? or if there is a different means of contact with the BRP team which might be a little bit more productive??

Thanks for your time and helpful advice in advance guys...

Fida.
