Hi everyone,

I would be grateful if someone could clarify a few doubts for me:-

1) I am an Indian national currently on ILR in UK. I got recently married and now wish to apply for my wife to come to UK as a dependent from India.. would that be a settlement visa form VAF4A? or some other visa form?

2) does the last month bank statement have to be there? I have 13 months bank statements showing funds as required, but sending the incumbent month bank statement delays the application a little bit more( time taken for me to recieve the statement first and then send it further to India)...are they very specific about the recent most bank statement..or the rest of the previous 12 months would do?
