Tier 4 Student DEPENDANT - how to fill online app form

Dear peers, I'm in urgent need for your help.

The problem is that the online application form differs from the pdf file (PBS form VAF10 March 2012 Dependant) on the site of UK Border.

The questions are:
On the page "Section 6 - About the Main Applicant" there is a question "Main Applicant's permission to live in the UK" - What should I state there?
On the next page "Section 6 - About the Main Applicant" there is a question "Is the Main Applicant employed?" if I cross the box "Yes", than goes next pages of the form, they are:
"Section 6 - Main Applicant Employment Details", which should be answered. The questions are about company (employer), company's address, start date of my job.

I have checked the whole online form and there is now field for my CAS number as can be seen in pdf file. There is no reference as in pdf file as to the Main applicant on "company OR place of study". As it can be seen every page is only about company and job in a company.

I also checked the online form if I cross the box "No" after question "Is the Main Applicant employed?", there is no online page where I can state main applicant's CAS number and University's details as I stated in the Appendix 8 for Tier 4 Application Form.

Please HELP, I can't get an accurate and obvious advice from the staff of our visa center and from University.
