Tier 2 General Funds

Hi,

I'm in UK for more than 3 yrs on Tier 2 ICT and now I'm switching to Tier 2 General , do i need show the funds for me and my depenedents even though i have a valid contract offer in my hand.

I did not maintain that much funds in my bank

Please respond to my query

If the COS states that you and your family will be maintained, then you don't have to show funds for yourself.

In tier 2 app form it is mentioned that if u have leave to remain or enter as tier 2 migrant then funds not required . Can u clarify
