ILR and Council Tax..need help

Post by Pride » Wed May 30, 2012 2:37 pm

Hello Everyone whoever can help me,....

I came to UK on spouse visa of British Citizen and will finish my qualifying period soon and I will be applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain after few months time. But the problem is, after few months of my arrival in UK living together, I and my wife moved into new accomodation which is Student hall. Since my wife was a student but I was not. We both lived together in a student hall and the bills were included along with the rent. The student hall administration did not talk about council tax and all they did was rental agreement and we finished living together in this hall. When I apply for ILR, I will have to show the proof of cohabilitation with my wife, in this case, does Home office look on all these stuffs? Will this affect my ILR application? I hope you all will try to drop your advices. Thank you

Cheers[b[/b][/b]
