ILR SET O ( MEDICAL/ PERSONNEL ABSENCE OVER 90 DAYS )

Hi all

I have query about my ILR SET 0. In total of 5 years once i have been out of uk for more then 90 days once and couple of time 3 4 weeks total absence 225 days . for more then 90 days went out of uk for medical absence for father.
is that reason is acceptable for ILR consideration ?
