Short of 5 years residence by less than 28 days

Post by WRS » Thu May 31, 2012 10:03 am

Hi,

I have one question regarding ILR eligibility under 5 years rule, i understand one can apply 28 days prior to completing the 5 years residence, however, in case if an applicant is short of 5 years residence by few days (say 10 days), can he still apply prior to 28 days of 5 years completion despite his current leave to remain doesn't cover the full 5 years?
