i did sent my psw application on 04-04-12 and Recieved acknowledgement letter on 18 may 2012 . My question is can i work full time while waiting psw application . My tier 4 visa will be expire on feb 2013 and i don,t have right to work under tire 4 visa plz advice me ...

No - you are still subject to the same conditions of your tier 4 visa until a decision on your PSW is made, therefore you cannot work if your tier 4 visa does not permit you to work. If your visa does not expire until Feb 2013 is it safe to assume that your course has not yet finished?
