ILR Eligibility

Hi all,

I had entered UK via intra company transfer route. The initial entry visa was a work permit visa granted in March 2009 with a validity of 2 years.

Subsequently got an extension during March 2011 under the category of T2 ICT Established Staff until March 2014.

I understand that ICT route holders are not eligible for ILR, effective from 2010. Does this regulation applicable for the new entrants from 2010 or it also covers holders entered previously?
