Tier 1 General Dependant Visa Application/Tenancy Agreeement

Hi Experts,
Need your advice.
I am having Tier 1 General Migrant visa, valid till July 2013.
I got married in April and now appling for Wife's dependant visa soon from India.

I have speific question related to Evidence of UK Address:
I have my bank statemnt, credit card statement, mobile bill etc coming to my present UK address. I am providing reference letter from my company which has my current address but I do not have Tenant Agreement as I am staying in shared accomodation till date.

Do I really need to submit Tenancy Agreement for this evidence.
My Owner is ready to provide me Tenancy Agreement but I will not have any utility/council bills etc. Will it be ok?

Please advice ASAP.
