I'm seeking your help to guide me how to issue approved job offer.
here are my inquiries:
Is possible to get LMO (Labour Market Opinion)?
If yes, How long does it take?
What's the processing time of the whole process?

Hi and congratulations!
Your future employer needs to advertise the position for a minimum of 14 days to determine whether or not a Canadian Citizen or PR Holder do actually have the same skills you do (Don't worry too much, the advert should describe everything but your name)
Depending on the Province and the company, they might be able to apply for an "Accelerate LMO"
http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceski ... heet.shtml This "Accelerate Process" takes about 10 days.
However, if your future employer doesn't meet the requirements, regular processing time is around 12 - 16 weeks. Once you get a positive LMO and assuming you are a non-visa national, you can obtain your work permit at any Port of Entry (POE).
However, if you need a visa to enter Canada, then you must apply for a work permit either in your home country or in the country where you have been legally living for more than 12 months.
Either way, good luck and be patience, very patience.
