Need some advice please

I'm living with my girlfriend now who is an overstayer and illegal. She came here when she was 12 and now she is 22. She came with a visa but years back it expired. She went to school here till the age of 16 then to college for 2 years and has worked ever since to date paying taxes and national insurance. She lost her passport years back as well. Just need some advice on what route to take because it's not nice living like this anymore. Hope to hear some good advice soon thanks.
