dual uk /irish citizen wants to move to seek work in norway

i eventually want to move away from belfast uk. iam dual national. i am a pipe welder and worked in ship building and offshore oil rigs, there is no work for me now in belfast or for that matter the uk. norway has better work prospects for me. i want to go back to norway as i worked there in 2002.

can i claim benefits in norway ? can i apply , or will norwegian government pay my housing bills if im looking for work in that country ?

44 year old man ....i will have enough money to supprt me for a while but i want bto eventually move out there .

also would consider denmark / sweden. what are my rights to claim please.
